The serving pods were made from old oak barrels, which we sanded back and adapted to provide internal storage. Each pod was finished off with an organically shaped solid oak counter.

Over 7 metres of bespoke shelving lined one wall, presenting the vast array of wines on offer, while old wine boxes were used to display food items in a novel way.
